Today we want to highlight two features from our last reverber-update on friday.
First agents are now able to add special comments to partners. These comments are not visible to the partner, but for all agents. For each comment you can see when it was created and who created it. The latest comments are displayed on the start page. This may sound simple at first. But it is absolutely versatile! Keep record of your communication. Track open issues and todo-lists. Manage your team.
